I have over two decades of frontline clinical practice in mental health and am committed
to lifelong learning and ongoing professional trainings. My trauma informed clinical
practice integrates evidenced based trainings which you can read up on in the

It may feel different sitting in a room with me which is entirely intentional. I am an
authentic, straight shooting woman with lived experience of mental health and
adversity. My priority is to provide you a safe, trauma focused space, where you will not
feel judged, but you will be safely held accountable. It's possible you might even laugh
through your tears, swear often and drink free coffee in the room with me. I look forward
to walking beside you.
