Office hours: 9:30 am – 5 pm Monday – Wednesday. Evening and Saturday appointments could be arranged. In-Person and Virtual appts available.

Fees:

Individuals: $175 per 50 mins.
Couples: $262.50 per 90 mins.

I am often described as curious, compassionate, and caring. I enjoy hearing and engaging the stories and experiences of other people and helping you understand your values, resources, and strengths so you can change and grow.

I have always had an interest in how people become who they are and the underlying reasons for their behaviour. I find that looking at situations with an understanding of the brain, memory and emotions can provide meaningful ways to understand experiences and lead to possibilities for change. Together we will discover how your strengths can be used to find solutions which work best for you. You are unique, and your needs help motivate me to learn and apply approaches which are most suitable for you and your goals. In addition to my focus areas above, I am also skilled in working with people who have experienced trauma from religion or a faith community. I can also use faith and religion for healing if so desired.

I bring myself and my life experiences to serve my clients. In addition to my education and work with clients, I also draw on my experience as a husband for over 26 years, father of two young adults, and a career which includes being a professional engineer and pastor. I know the importance of family, friends, and work while navigating different stages of life and career.
