I know how hard it can be to open up to someone about what we struggle with. Things get hard and life and it can seem like you worry about everything. Maybe you aren’t nice to yourself and the negative
self-talk has consumed your mind for long enough. Maybe you don’t feel like yourself and life has lost its sparkle. It’s not impossible to create a life that feels more fulfilling and meaningful. With the right support the dread, self-doubt, and stress can lift and you can begin to create the life you so desire. What once felt hopeless can begin to heal and thrive to create hope and change that once felt out of reach. Self-knowledge is one of the most important things we could ever work towards. I have a passion for working with adults to assist them in creating a resilient and fulfilling life, utilizing a variety of techniques.

A bit about me… Before my career as a Psychologist, I was a hairstylist as well as a teacher. I am married and raise 2 teens. I enjoy staying healthy and active, reading, and discovering all that Calgary has to offer
since moving back to Alberta from Nova Scotia.
