I have been in the helping profession for 20 years. In that time, I’ve heard the personal stories of many people. What I know for sure is the desire for healing is common and yet each story, each experience, is unique. I’d be honoured to hear your story and assist you in finding your unique path to wellness.

My strength is working with individuals from a holistic perspective. I will partner with you to utilize proven trauma therapy techniques paired with knowledge of how the brain and the nervous systems work, I’ve spent years developing skills to develop the most effective process to help you heal and meet your goals. My chosen therapy processes include Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and interventions informed by mindfulness, Polyvagal theory and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy.
