My life passion summed up into one sentence? The exploration, understanding and deep appreciation for the human condition. Our lived experience as humans can vary greatly, but the human condition is something we all share. Common themes exist between all of us… albeit race, religion, socioeconomic status, etc. Themes such as loneliness, fear, joy, and most evidently the need for human connection. True connection to ourselves and to the one’s we love most dearly.

It can be a phenomenal experience to be seen, heard and truly listened to in a non-judgemental and safe environment. Someone once said “every life is worthy of a novel” and I couldn’t agree more. Using mindfulness, neurobiology, and attachment based principles, my goal is to provide you and/or your family the chance to feel supported on their journey.

Okay, ready? Let’s flow.

“Being understood is being loved” Bernard W. Bail
