Wednesdays (10am-5pm)
Fridays (10am-2pm)
$190 per 1 hour
$260 per 1.5 hours

I am passionate about helping my clients cultivate more presence and awareness in their lives, and discover their innate wisdom and capacity for growth and healing. We can become stuck in old habits, patterns, and fears that do not serve us anymore and get in the way of authentic and meaningful connection with ourselves and others, keeping us from feeling inner peace, happiness, and a sense of aliveness.

Using a holistic, client-centered, and collaborative counselling approach, I will support you to skillfully navigate through the suffering and difficulties that life brings, and connect with your resiliency for emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. I will ensure that the therapies I draw on will best fit your needs and together we will create the change you seek to live your life to the fullest. I value you feeling safe and supported in our work together, and will meet you where you are at with an open, accepting, non-judging, and authentic presence.
