We are always growing, developing, and learning, but every now and then things can go sideways and we end up feeling stuck, anxious, stressed, or otherwise troubled. Sometimes this can lead to unhealthy behaviors or habits and navigating these issues can result in huge conflicts with others.

Working with teens (12-18), we will explore the significant developments and transitions that come with adolescence and the issues that can arise as a result.  I often see teenage clients who are struggling with unhealthy coping strategies like overuse of screen time, substance use, avoiding school, or who are finding themselves in conflict with their families. If you are an adult (18-40ish), I will assist you in navigating emotional difficulties like anxiety and depression, and life transitions such as relationship concerns, breakups, and work stress.

Our work will involve figuring out where you are in life versus where you would like to be, and how to get there. I want to explore the ways in which you think, feel, and interact with the world around you. Sometimes that can involve sitting down with you individually, sometimes it can involve working with families, but either way it involves creating a safe and welcoming environment for us to work together to figure things out!
